I had a massive heel bruise, which id usually expect to take several months to recover, and just after a couple of weeks of wearing the Avos my heel bruise had made a full recovery and i could skate again!

My brother have these to me as a Christmas gift and they are the best gift! I actually am doing therapy while doing laundry. I have had a hip replacement due to unequal leg length and my arches have always been very tight. I can feel the tension working and feel wonderful after using for 15 minutes.
