My brother have these to me as a Christmas gift and they are the best gift! I actually am doing therapy while doing laundry. I wear them every morning after my run while I make the kids lunches and it’s like a post-run stretch for my feet and lower legs. I can absolutely tell the difference in my soreness levels on days when I forget to use them. Amazing product.
